Max Tell's Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre, and his work in creative writing under W.O. Mitchell at the Banff School of Fine Arts, as well as his Teofl Diploma for teaching English as a Second language influences all of his song and story writing, making him an ideal choice as a library program presenter.
In 1992, Max was invited half way around the world to conduct storytelling workshops for librarians throughout the Kuala Lumpor library system, Malaisia. Since 2007, he has had four extensive Summer Reading Club tours for libraries in the Okanagan, the Fraser Valley, and on Vancouver Island.
